Note: Processing time refers to the time it takes for us to prepare and ship your order. Delivery time refers to the time the courier takes to deliver after shipping. Total time = Processing Time + Delivery Time.

- Someone is available at the delivery address to receive the package
- You can manage (edit/delete) your saved addresses anytime through your account settings
Important: We are not responsible for delivery issues arising from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

If the courier is unable to deliver your package:
- Multiple delivery attempts will be made

- The package may be held at the local courier office for pickup
- If undelivered after multiple attempts, the package may be returned to us
