At 4GE VERSE, we specialize in customizable and personalized products. Due to the unique nature of our products, we have specific policies regarding returns, replacements, and refunds. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.

2. No Returns or Replacements for Customized Products

We do not offer returns or replacements for customized products.

Since most of our products are customized and made specifically according to your specifications (including images, names, text, designs, and other personalization), these items cannot be returned, exchanged, or replaced once the order has been placed.

Customized products include any items where you have:

  • Provided custom text, names, or messages
  • Uploaded images or designs
  • Selected personalized options or configurations
  • Requested specific customization through our customization tools

3. Standard Products

For non-customized standard products (if applicable):

  • Returns and replacements are generally not available due to the personalized nature of our business
  • Each product is treated with care and packaged according to our quality standards
  • We recommend reviewing product details carefully before purchase

4. Exceptions - Defective or Damaged Products

We will consider returns or replacements only in the following circumstances:

4.1 Manufacturing Defects

  • If the product has a manufacturing defect that affects its functionality or appearance
  • If the customization was not applied correctly due to an error on our part
  • If the product received does not match what was ordered (wrong item shipped)

4.2 Shipping Damage

  • If the product arrives damaged during shipping
  • If the packaging is significantly damaged and the product is affected

4.3 Claiming for Defects or Damage

To claim a return or replacement for defective or damaged products:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order
  • Provide clear photographs of the defect or damage
  • Include your order number and a description of the issue

We will review your claim and, if approved, offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Replacement for damaged products will be delivered to you within 7 days.

5. Order Cancellation

5.1 Customized Products

Orders for customized products cannot be cancelled once placed.

Production of customized items begins immediately after order confirmation. Since these products are made specifically for you, cancellation is not possible.

5.2 Standard Products

For non-customized products (if applicable):

  • Orders can be cancelled before the order status changes to "processing" or "packed"
  • Once we have started packing your order, cancellation is no longer possible

5.3 Cancellation Fee

If you cancel an eligible order, a cancellation fee will apply to cover the payment gateway processing charges that we incur. The cancellation fee will be deducted from your refund amount.

6. Refund Process

If your return or cancellation request is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method
  • Amount credited time: 7-10 business days from approval
  • The actual credit to your account may take additional time depending on your bank or payment provider
  • Applicable cancellation fees or payment gateway charges will be deducted
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

7. Customer Responsibility

Please ensure that:

  • All customization details (images, text, names, etc.) are accurate before submitting your order
  • You have reviewed the product preview (if provided) and confirmed all details
  • The shipping address provided is correct and complete
  • Someone is available to receive the package at the delivery address

We are not responsible for errors in customization details provided by you or issues arising from incorrect shipping information.

Every product goes through our quality check process before shipping. We ensure that:

  • Customization is applied accurately according to your specifications
  • The product meets our quality standards
  • Packaging is secure to prevent damage during transit
